Which channel you are in
eQuota or CLAB, based on your CIDB grade and how many people you employ. Next to every rule we use, we print where it came from and when we checked it. If the rule does not clearly cover your case, we say so instead of picking the answer that suits us.

Where you are on advertising the job
You must advertise the job to Malaysians first. We tell you where you stand on that, and what it means for your earliest start date. It has to run for a minimum time and nobody can shorten it, including us.

Point-by-point check of your file
Each point is marked pass, gap, or not checked, with the reason. Anything that would stop your application outright is flagged on its own. You never get just a score.

Your total government cost
Levy, bond, FOMEMA, insurance and permit fees, added up for the number of workers you need, in the order you pay them. Next to each one, the official portal your company pays it to. None of our money is in this table.

Certified, fixable, or the thing that will stop you. Housing rules are enforced against the employer, not the agent. That is why it gets its own section.

With what we assumed, and the three things most likely to change it. It is a range, and we call it a range. We do not know what your file will do. Neither does anyone giving you a date.

Send us one and we go through it line by line: which ringgit go to the government, and which the agent keeps. If your agent is charging you fairly, the file says so.
