Who we are
ClearHire, in plain terms.
We help Malaysian employers get foreign workers the right way, in every approved sector — starting with a free written check on where you stand. We advise the employer. We do not recruit, place or transport anyone. We say exactly how we are paid further down this page.
What we are
- The people who tell you, straight, whether you can get workers and how.
- Employer-side. Our client is the company hiring, never the worker and never the agency.
- A written check on your file: what is missing, what the government will charge you, and how long it will really take.
What we are not
- Not a licensed employment agency. We hold no JTKSM licence because we do not recruit, place or transport anyone.
- Not a supplier of workers. When you get to that step you need a licensed agency, and we will show you how to check one.
- Not a handler of your money. Levies, bonds and government fees are paid by your company, directly, to the official portals.

- How long have you been going?
- Weeks. ClearHire started in August 2026. If you deal with us now you are one of the first, and you should price that in.
- Are you registered?
- ClearHire is a Malaysian company in registration with SSM. We are not going to print a registration number we do not hold yet. The day it is issued it goes on this page and in our corrections log, so you can see the line change.
- How many clients do you have?
- None yet. There are no testimonials on this site because there is nobody to quote, and we would rather have an empty space than a made-up one.
- So why would I deal with you?
- Because the report is free and you keep it. You are risking a 90-second form, not money. If what comes back is no good, throw it away and you have lost nothing. That is the whole reason we start with something free.
- Who is actually doing the work?
- A firm of two. Not a call centre, not a junior. If you have a problem, you are talking to the person who wrote your report.
Who you deal with

Not a call centre and not a rotating account manager. Whoever writes your report is the person who answers when you call about it, and the person who has to own it if it is wrong.

How we are paid
Where our money comes from.
You should assume everyone in this market has an incentive. Here is ours, so you can weigh what we tell you.
An introduction fee from a licensed agency
If you ask us to introduce you, we pass your company name and what you need, nothing else. They pay us for that. It is printed on page one of your report, above our findings, so you can judge them knowing it.
A monthly fee from employers who keep their file with us
Permits, levy receipts, housing certificates and renewal dates kept up to date. This is the only money you would ever pay us directly, and we quote it in writing before anything starts.
Nothing from government money, ever
Not one ringgit of levy or bond passes through us. If we ever offer to pay those for you, that is your signal to walk away.
Nothing from you for the report
No fee, no deposit, no obligation, and no obligation to speak to us at all.
We have not named a partner agency yet, because nothing is signed. When it is, the licence number and a link to the official register go here, and the change is logged in our corrections log. Until then there is nothing here for you to check, and we would rather say that.
Check us
Do not take our word for any of this.
Every figure we publish carries the authority it came from and the date we checked it. The questions we cannot answer are published as unanswered. The things we have got wrong are numbered and stay up.
